Location is Excellent, walking distance to Railway station, staff is co operative. We did not tried for any food and it was bot compelemantray in my package but yes we definitely tried Tea which was good.

room was good, service and food were good. but the only problem we had was on hot water which was not available inspite of complaints with the concerned team. we had to take bath in hard cold water and venture out.

food was expensive was not at all tasty... communication was very difficult because the reception people,room boys, restaurant people and even the security knew only kannada only even the bedsheets were dirty ... The major issue was this hotel didn't have any lift which we customers found it too difficult to get up and down

We stayed with family, and they had allocated rooms near to the bar area. So family members feel uncomfortable. Otherwise, rooms and scrounging are excellent.

I was impressed with Mayura. The staff was extremely helpful and cordial. The stay and rooms were comfortable and the food was excellent

Rooms are neat and clean. Staffs are good . Hot water will not come and Bathroom shower is not good in Non AC rooms. You cannot take bath using the shower.

I have stayed 1st may 2025 11no room I have where no room Service are there no one clean the room . Also bathroom is not proper clean comming bad smell also basin was broken. Wifi is not connected
